Imagine entering a stunning, luxurious property—a stylish authentic old (200y) finca with beautiful rooms and a stunning pool in the center of Ibiza—where you will encounter wonderful, like-minded individuals. Mano & Manon will be there to greet you, prepared to stimulate all your senses. Mano and Manon are a couple. They specialize in tantra, tao, and authentic liberation, and are coaches in their respective fields. They have designed a unique retreat for you to enjoy, play, learn, feel, heal, laugh, cry, explore, and reach a state of ecstasy with yourself and others.

The level of this retreat is for all people. It's for those who want to deepen the relation with their inner landscape world. You can do all exercises alone or with a partner or your partner. There is also room to switch among each other if you are open to it. If you haven't done anything with tantra yet, we recommend that you book a tantra temple night or private session with Mano or Manon.

08.00 Early morning program is based on yoga, meditation and TAO

Schedule
Sunday November 17th arrival at the villa from 16.00
Monday November 18th free time till 20.00. At 20.00 start opening night
Tuesday till Friday program
Saturday  November 23th closing circle at 10.00 till 11.00 and free time the rest of the day
Goodbyes Sunday morning November 24th, checking out at 10.00

Maximum 9 couples, first four couples will stay at the finca. The others will sleep nearby 
The language of instruction is English unless everyone speaks Dutch
Alcohol and drugs are not allowed during the retreat

Meet Manon 
Manon is a trauma release breath work coach and bodyworker specialized in de-armouring of the body. Manon is also available for 1:1 breath work and de-armouring sessions on Ibiza and Amsterdam.

Meet Mano 
Mano has walked a path where he was mainly touched by the Buddhist and Tantric philosophy of life. That means that for him sitting still and doing nothing (meditation) is the most powerful practice of all the exercises he has ever experienced. In addition, the tantric and TAO way is a very nice addition to enter the inner landscape through the body according to Mano. Mano has studied psychology at the University of Amsterdam / Gestalt (psychology) education and training / Dzogchen Buddhism from Jan Geurtz / International school of temple arts (ISTA) / TAO training (Chinese mystery school about energy) from Reinoud Eleveld.
He mainly works as a transformative coach, using tantra and tao for bodywork. Before all this he had a company in healthcare with over 100 locations. He sold his company a year ago. Mano is als a conscious creator and entrepreneur.
